Books That Make You Step Out of the Shadows to Become Stellar with Ebba P. Karlsson

We’re talking about books that make you step out of the shadows to become stellar

A lot of us find ourselves standing in the shadow of someone who seems to overpower us, who makes us feel hidden and unimportant. It could be conditioning from our parents, friends, family, or an organization like a church, or our own fears, or even a partner’s celebrity shadow.

That is the case with our guest today. Ebba P. Karlsson’s book is called “True Starlight: From Living in the Shadows to Being Stellar.” In it, she shares the tools she learned on the road; from growing up in a chaotic environment to living a glamorous life in Monaco with her husband, pro golfer Robert Karlsson, from whose celebrity shadow she had to extract herself. In doing so, she stepped into her True Starlight.

Ebba is also the founder of Victorious Angeles, an organization founded to help sexual harassment and assault victims of the modeling and fashion industries. She claims she was assaulted in the early 1990s by the president of the internationally-renowned Elite Modeling Agency. She is now fighting back to help raise awareness and help others.
